Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA)

ODA is a public institution subordinate to the Ministry of Economy with the mission of supporting the development of the domestic entrepreneurial environment, including small and medium-sized enterprises, by promoting entrepreneurial culture, providing financial and technical assistance to companies, issuing financial and state guarantees, as well as ensuring infrastructure business support.

 

Technology

This program is financed by the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, through ODA. The objective of the program is to promote entrepreneurship among the young generation to support socio-economic integration. The value of the grant is up to 200 thousand lei (70% of the value of the investment project will be covered by the state and 30% the applicant's own contribution).

This program is financed by the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, through ODA. The PARE program is intended for migrant workers and their first-degree relatives, who intend to invest remittances in starting or developing a business. In the first stage, non-refundable funding will be granted based on the "1+1 Rule", that is, each lei invested from remittances will be supplemented with one lei from the Program, and the maximum amount of the grant will not exceed 250,000 lei.
