The Calarasi Business Incubator was created by ODIMM/ODA in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, the Calarasi District Council, with the financial support of the EU, within the program "Economic stimulation in rural areas"

The Calarasi Business Incubator was created in 2017.
In 2020, the Business Incubator from Călărași recorded the best results in its activity, being designated "The best Business Incubator (IA) of the year".
